At the tender age of 18 Pastor Wells accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior at Good Hope Missionary Church in Brooklyn, NY.
In 1980 the Lord directed him to go to The Tabernacle of Prayer For All People The Center of Hope. The late Apostle Johnnie L. Washington was the Pastor and Founder. It was at Tabernacle were he began his training on how to walk before God in righteousness and preparation for ministry. He was also involved in the Tabernacle Street Team, Bother hood Choir, Drama Ministry and as a Counselor.
Pastor Wells enrolled in the Tabernacle Bible Institute School in Jamaica, Queens, NY. Finally in 1989 he graduated. Over the years as a young man he ws involved with different youth and street ministries such as the Back To God ministry under the direction of the late William Wooten, The Soul Seekers On The Move For Christ Ministry under the direction of Evangelist Lorenzo George, Ambassadors for Christ Street Team which Pastor Wells started.
Over the last 32 years as a young Evangelist he traveled around the United States evangelizing with numerous Ministers and Evangelists.
1995
He was ordained in 1995 under New York Deliverance Gospel Ministry Jamaica Queens, NY. by Apostle Ira Davison , Sr who is the Pastor and Founder.
1996
Elder Wells accepted the intern pastorate of Christ Temple in Danbury, CT in late 1995 for a six month period.
Then being lead of the Lord in late 1996 he started The Tabernacle of Deliverance, Inc ministry in a hotel in Danbury, CT. A year and half later , yet again Pastor Wells was lead back to New York, to evangelize and expand the church ministry.
2007
Pastor Wells began having Friday evening services in South Ozone Park, NY for a year and half.
2009
In early 2009 the Lord begun to heavily deal with Pastor Wells about fully getting the ministry started in Rockland County, NY. Since that time he has tirelessly sought a location to continue the work.
2013 - 2019
After being instructed and directed of the Lord to start an in home Bible study with a family from a different ministry, the Bible study has now grown with people from different religious back grounds and faiths. In fall of 2018, Pastor Wells was instructed and directed of the Lord to expand the bible study online and is presently shown weekly live on Periscope.TV.
